🛒 Ordering

Q: How do I place an order?
A: Simply browse our collection, add your favorite mugs to your cart, and proceed to checkout. It’s quick and easy!

Q: Can I modify or cancel my order?
A: If your order hasn’t shipped yet, please contact us as soon as possible at cuppajax@hotmail.com. Once shipped, orders cannot be modified.

🚚 Shipping

Q: When will my order ship?
A: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once shipped.

Q: How long does delivery take?
A: USA orders typically arrive within 5–7 business days. Europe may take 10–15 business days. Other international delivery times may vary.

📦 Returns & Exchanges

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. Contact us before sending anything back.

Q: Do you offer exchanges?
A: At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. You may return your item and place a new order for your desired product.

A: Most of our mugs are microwave and dishwasher safe. Please refer to the product page for specific care instructions.

Q: Do you offer custom mugs?
A: Currently we do not offer customization, but stay tuned — we may introduce custom designs in the future!
